Iowa thoroughbred breeders and owners have been very successful securing breeding rights to some of the top up-and-coming stallions through the annual stallion auction through the ITBOA. Recent high-profile stallions have included Not This Time, McKinzie, Dialed In, Volatile, Army Mule, Midshipman and more.
Donate a season to the ONLY Stallion Auction where YOU could receive up to $15,000!
All foals born in 2027 by your stallion, no matter where they’re foaled, are eligible for nomination to the 2029 ITBOA Stallion Futurity (for 2-year-olds) and 2030 Stallion Stakes (for 3-year-olds).
No entry fee for stallion owners.
Proceeds go directly to the ITBOA Stallion Futurity & Stallion Stakes programs, helping grow Iowa’s racing opportunities.
