May 2nd – Prairie Meadows
It’s back! The first weekend of live racing for 2026 is finally here. And this year, it matches up with the 152nd running of the Kentucky Derby! Join us at Prairie Meadows for live racing, watch the derby and celebrate the return of the season.

May 16th at 3:00 PM – Skinner Ballroom
Join us in celebrating and honoring the achievements of Iowa’s top thoroughbred athletes and their connections. This event a free event, but an RSVP is required.

Tom Anderson Memorial Golf Event ◀︎◀︎◀︎
June 24th at 12:30 – Toad Valley Golf Course
The annual Tom Anderson memorial golf event will be held on June 24th. Enjoy dinner, drinks and a round with your team of 4. All proceeds will go directly to the ITBOA Horsemen’s Emergency Fund and ITBOA Scholarship Fund. It’s sure to be an un-fore-gettable time.
